How to Jumpstart Your Engine

The body is an amazing factory. It learns to adapt to YOUR way of living. If it gets enough nutrients, it hums along at a healthy speed and sends the fuel to every system in the body so it also keeps moving. But if we feed it food that has little real value in nutrients or real fuel to run on, it thinks it is starving and so it slows down the processing plant to MATCH what we are putting in.
In otherwords, you can be starved skinny or starved overweight. Either way, the body is only trying to best utilize the nutrients you are putting in it!

So, How can you jumpstart your engine, give it the right fuel and feel alive again?

There are Five simple things to focus on:
  1.  Getting the Engine started
  2.    REAL FOOD
  3.   Supplements like vitamins, minerals, oils, and herbs  
  4.     Liquids: You need a lot of water to get the toxins out!
  5.   Moving the body

Each one of these, if ignored, will keep your body in the same place. They must ALL be addressed.

What does this look like?
First: Cleanse the body with GX Assist

Here is a list of things you may be putting into your body that actually STOP your body from working:
1)   SOFT DRINKS
2)   FRIED FOOD
3)   PROCESSED FOOD
4)   PRESERVATIVES (These are things you read on the labels that you don’t recognize as food—Or if you can’t pronounce it without a degree in biology
5)   MSG: Mono sodium Glutimate, twin sister Hydrolyzed vegetable or soy protein (causes endocrine disturbances like OBESITY and REPRODUCTIVE disorders later in life)
6)   GMO Wheat, Soy and Corn
7)   All alcoholic beverages
8)   All milk products
9)   Coffee and black or green tea. Herbal tea non sweetened is fine
10)                  All items containing any added sweeteners: sugar, corn syrup, anything ending with ose (ie sucrose, glucose, lactose, fructose, etc) and ALL sugar substitutes.
11)                  Partially hydrogenated oils
12)                  Red meat products (beef, pork, veal, etc)

THAT IS A LONG LIST, RIGHT?
